Shipping Domestic

Please call us at (888) 724-9001 to set up shipping. Our shipping is not processed or scheduled via our shopping cart. This is set up through a private shipping partner, Priority1. If you do not call to set up shipping a shipping coordinator from Flooring 4 Less will contact you set up shipping for your purchase.

Shipping International

We do not ship internationally. If you have placed an international order by mistake, please call us at (888) 724-9001 to cancel.


Please call or email Flooring 4 Less within 10 days from receipt of delivery if you wish to return your material. You can reach us at (888) 724-9001 to receive your Return Authorization Number (RA#). You will be charged for the return shipping fees and restock fees. Returns will only be issued within 30 days after receipt of delivery. No returns will be issued after 30 days.

Please follow the steps below to initiate your return. Most manufacturers charge a restock fee (typically 15- 25 percent) and there has to be a minimum of 5 cartons for a return.

  • Please e-mail us at to receive your RA#.
  • Please package the material carefully to avoid damage during shipping.
  • Please attach the Return Authorization form to the material with packing tape. Please do not write on the cartons.
  • We recommend that you return the flooring using an insured carrier which can be tracked in the case of loss (FedEx Freight or UPS). Remember, you are responsible for the freight delivery fees from your location to ours along with any restock fees from our manufacturers.

Moldings and/or special orders are NOT returnable or refundable.

Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receipt and refund will be in the form of payment received. Please allow up to 7 business days after the receipt of your merchandise for your refund to be applied to your credit card.
