+ How soon can I get my flooring?

After your order is placed our team will process your order and submit it for shipping. Because we use third party shipping you can either call us or we will call you during order processing to set up shipping. Our shipping time varies depending on your location, but typically takes 3-5 business days.

+ I need my flooring ASAP, what can be done?

+ How do I place an order?

Your online and digital safety are a top priority and we have worked to create a safe and secure order platform:

Order online - whether ordering as a guest or creating an account our site is secure and we utilize PayPal processing to ensure your accounts stay secure. You can review your orders and save shipping and payment information for fast orders in the future. Should you have any technical issues you can always contact us.

+ What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Network

+ Where is the credit card verification number?

This number is on the back of your card for Visa, Mastercard and Discover, it is the last three digits printed on the back of the card. For AMEX, it is the four digits printed above the account number on the front of the card.

+ Do you accept returns?

Yes, but most manufacturers charge a small restock fee. Accessory items and special orders are not returnable. Please see the return policy for more details.

Are your products first quality?

All of our products are first quality and shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. All of our products are nationally recognized brands and we will never sell you off-brand products.

How will I be sure I receive the exact product I need?

Every manufacturer has a specific code (SKU#) for each product. We order your flooring based on these specific SKUs, color, and product description to ensure the exact product you have chosen will arrive as ordered. Your selection in our store will be verified and checked against the manufacturers shipping order.

Where do you ship?

We ship to North America and work directly with a Priority1 freight company to ensure your product is delivered safely and in a timely manner.

How will I receive my order?

We contract our shipping through Priority1 and will have your order delivered directly to your installation site. Delivery is also available for both residential and commercial construction sites.
